I think the scenes in the police station might be the newest parts of the old college on the ring road in Huddersfield. And the inside of the care home is possibly the old bit of it? But I'm not sure about that.

Correct miss_spookiness, it was also filmed in and around Marsden and Slaithwaite. The exterior of the care home is North Light Film Studios in Huddersfield.

Yes, I do believe so. The whole film was shot here as far as I know. I live in Scarborough and remember them shooting scenes all over the town. The Spa was used as the location where Little Voice's father used to take her.
