A children's show about drug dealers?

I have a 2 year old son who likes watching Sponge Bob and today I put on a Sponge Bob episode on demand and seen the preview for Breadwinners. In my opinion this is a cartoon that is very closely related to drug dealing but instead of drugs they sell bread. Am I the only one that has seen this connection or am I just thinking a little too much? The first episode is titled "Thug Loaf" it's just so obvious to me it's drug dealing minus drugs. Tell me what you think.

They're not drug dealers, they're delivery boys, essentially. In the show, duck civilians place orders for bread, and these two anthropomorphic duck characters fly it to them (via their rocket van).

I've seen the first episode, and while it didn't include drug references, it was mildly racist throughout, depicting "ethnic" ducks as "lower yeast siders." Overall, the show's dribble, and even though it doesn't promote drug use, it's still nowhere near appropriate for a two-year-old -- though neither is SpongeBob to be honest.

That's what I thought about Sanjay and Craig, and they've released new episodes. Never underestimate the stupidity of Nickelodeon programmers.

Two things:

You should wait a few years before allowing your child to watch Sponge Bob, Nick Jr. Is more appropriate, (though two is still a bit young).

And YES, you are over thinking it, and really shouldn't allow a 2year old to watch this show.

Blocking trolls since 1999!

I just watched it and this monster-like creature (I think they said he was a lava mole) said something along the lines of "You lousy quackers!" That caught me off-guard and I honestly never expected that in a Nick program, maybe Cartoon Network, but not Nick.

Seriously, "You lousy quackers!" upsets you? A kid will not even know what that means.
