Different versions/cuts

Can't think of where in the movie you would have put a scene like that, given that there are only 2 major male characters. (Ex-husband had only few scenes and she did not have relations with him at beginning of film - already separated.)
DVD in USA seems complete, but has no deleted scenes on it. It does have a 'making of "ma ma" extra'.

I don't know if the US version is missing that scene, but in the version I just saw, there is a scene where Cruz's character goes to a sexclub with the doctor, and there's a scene where you see 2 of the 3 men, that Cruz's character sleep with naked (not erect).

Are the US version really missing that scene? She still gets pregnant in the sexclub in the US version, right? or have they also changed who the father of the her child are?
