God it's exhausting being a casual "fan" of these movies...after a long break, decided to pick up the fourth stage or whatever. I've seen all the movies up to this one, but none of the TV shows, I can't bring myself to do that. It's just insane all that I'm expected to watch if I want to understand everything, cripes.

1. What's the timeline here? It takes place between/during which other movies?

2. What's happening with her "escape" from John Hurt in the beginning? Was she arrested for something that happened in Civil War? They mentioned she assaulted the king of Wakanda or something.

3. Where is she going off to in the end? She frees the other Avengers that were imprisoned during a different movie?

4. Why is David Harbour in jail?

1. This movie takes place immediately after Captain America: Civil War. It's in between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War.

2. General Ross is pursuing her because she's a fugitive due to her actions in Captain America: Civil War. She started off on Iron Man's side during the airport battle but then changed sides and helped Captain America to escape. By assaulting the King of Wakanda they mean that she shot T'Challa with some sort of weapon because he was trying to stop Captain America's escape.

3. She's going to free the imprisoned Avengers.

4. No idea why Red Guardian is in jail. The movie doesn't explain it. The reason for him being in jail doesn't really seem to be important to the movie.
