oh, I don't know about some speculative, guesstimating, opinion piece, but I do recognize that contracts are drawn up to clarify exacting, actions and legal processes, and when someone, or company, explicitly "alters the deal" mid stream, law suits will happen. This is why a contract exists in the first place: so the agreed upon outcome is understood, and transpires as transcribed, yadda yadda yadda law stuff here.
Laws are defined and respected by most everyone to maintain order. You can't just wing it, when it comes to multimillion dollar investments.
