Female Assassins ultimate fate for this movie

In Captain America:Civil War we are introduced to a slew of other Winter Soldiers in hibernation but when before we can see them in action they are all killed in the present day by the yet to be named "Baron" Zemo. One would think Bucky would be quite happy with that outcome. But I digress...

The Black Widow trailer introduces us to even more in number female assassins-in-training. It would appear that, with the exception of Yelena that they all are not too long for this planet or storyline as they will be eliminated? If that happens it will be such a waste of story-telling potential.

Before Scarlett cleans out the whole group/nest/den/coven (you know it is going to happen) it would be nice to know if they (as well as the other Soviet Union Winter Soldiers) completed any successful missions. Apparently for Bucky his rap sheet is long, quite long with HYDRA triumphs. Looks like the Widows (and in reflection SHIELD) weren't very good at the whole spy game. 😎

I was also wondering if this movie would have a Salt moment where she cleans out her Russian ex-allies. It seems a little too on the nose for Disney, but ya never know.
