I personally believe that this will be Natasha's swan song, knowing what happens to her in Endgame. She will clean up a mess or two in the film and pass the mantle of Black Window to another. Florence Pugh possibly, and Florence will be the new Black Widow in future MCU films. I could be wrong, of course, but I could see the film going in that direction.

shareLoki is still around. It'll be the alternate timeline version that escaped in Endgame. As for Spidey being a high school student, I'm not sure why that's a problem.
