Kind of on the dumb side that... SPOILERS

Right after Marek discovers how to open the portal and the bad guys start approaching from all sides, the heroes don't try to escape through the portal a few feet away and instead just stand there to get captured. I mean I understand they don't know what's on the other side of the portal, but the bad guys could have killed them all if they wanted to after capturing them, it seems pretty stupid that they would rather risk that over braving the dangers of the unknown... especially since they didn't really have any particular reason to keep anyone alive besides Marek.

Also they ended up going through the portal anyway minus one of their party members being held hostage lol.

Not as dumb as the orcs who just stand around doing nothing during the heat of the battle.

Dumbest of all, when the battle is over they know how to open the portal and the side entrance and the dragon guardian is dead, yet they don't go back for some of the treasure

Not as dumb as the orcs who just stand around doing nothing during the heat of the battle.

Such scenes are rather comical, as is the quest to find the darkspore, which entails everyone wandering through dark caves for 5 minutes, during which time, we really can't see anything at all.🐭
