Taking the guy to court was childish (SPOILERS)

SPOILERS.

The judge's comment about another case put things in major perspective - there's children that have been sexually abused and these silly people are taking someone to court over a slap in the face? smh do you see how illogical they all are?!

In one episode "Hugo" (the child that got slapped) forgot all about it and he actually mentioned the guy and asked his parents if the guy was going to buy him some sweets or something like that.

They were in shock after the actual slap, but like the lawyers said - if they'd have took photos of the mark and took the child to the hospital they would have had a case.

It was wrong for him to slap someone else's kid, but taking the guy to court was petty, just have nothing more to do with him and his wife and get on with your lives, make sure that they're not there at the same time as you when family functions happen, it's that simple.

What "Harry" (the guy that slapped the child) should have done was just take the bat off of him and go back up to the table, instead he stayed there and started shaking the child and shouting at him which led to the child kicking the man which led to the man slapping the child, if you stay in a bad situation it'll get worse.

The parents of Hugo were awful, it isn't all Harry's fault. The parents didn't have boundaries, they didn't go down there and take the bat off of him, and giving the child too much freedom like that has consequences which is what was depicted when Hugo was swinging the bat like that almost hurting himself and someone else.
