Any one know where I can get my hands on this?

I posed the same question in the Finisterrae forum: I would like to watch Caballero's films as part of my thesis research but haven't had success finding dvds compatible with my region (I'm American). I'm assuming most of the people who posted reviews (all two of them) saw this at a film festival, but I'd like to know if anybody has it on dvd or blu ray, and where they got it. Thanks to anyone that can help!
