Do you think this guy is going to appear in major hollywood movies sometime in the future?

Hopefully the celebrity lifestyle doesn't make him arrogant. This guy wrote, directed, and headlined one of the best films of the year on a measly budget.

Lower than Evil Dead II's budget. Look at the result. Case closed. Great filmmakers can make classic films on lower budgets these days. Look at The Raid for another example.

the whole thing was done in a basement, or at least most of it (there are some scenese that wherer filmed outside i think), because thats where the green screen was,

If they haven't already, Hollywood is going to come knocking. To deliver results like these on a six figure budget? He's just the sort of young filmmaker they like to helm a small to medium budget genre movie. But sounds like maybe he's not interested in the "big time". In some ways I hope he just keeps cranking out these movies on his own, without all of the Hollywood defilement.
