Close up Maggie last scene

Yesterday I saw the film and I wonder whether the expression in the face of Maggie in the last scene means “Maggie has a new plan” or “Maggie realises that Guy maybe the father of Lily”.

I thought it meant Maggie is in love with this guy now.

In the director's commentary Rebecca Miller said the key thing in that final shot is that Maggie drops her shoulders, indicating that she's finally relaxing and accepting where life is leading her - into a real relationship with the father of her child.
