... commercial break! I had to put it in slow-mo on my DVR, but before the return to the show, I clearly saw which dish was eliminated before I was meant to.

I have never seen America's "Chopped" goof like this. Maybe they have (if so, share it), but I have noticed in the past, "Chopped Canada" doesn't edit fast enough (to where I probably could have peeked before, had I thought to rewind in slow-motion). Get it together, "Chopped, Canada." :)
