finally watched the Tell All...Anfisa

I'm slow to the uptake, was only able to watch the tell all last night. I'm not sure what I feel about it. The lines between scripted and not being so blurred. There were too many awkward silences and I agree it's like they were trying to create as much drama and conflict as possible.

The part that "stood out" was when the host asked about keying the car....and if the editing is to be believed, Anfisa refused to say anything and then walked out crying. I believe she really was crying too.

Now...IF it's true that she only keyed a rental car, thus having that part be scripted...that does seem...cruel almost lol...to make her have to keep up with the BS and defend a stupid act that she didn't actually do (or, did only bc the producers asked her). Maybe being the "villain" on the show is taking a toll on her, at some level. Again the lines are blurred considering she does seem demanding and controlling and all that, I believe that some of her and Jorge's fights are real. But it's almost like she's letting herself be thrown under the bus...maybe even signing a contract to agree to pretend she did all that (not allowed to reveal the scripted drama aspect), even when it is only for the show. So she couldn't come up with a defense because she DIDN'T really do it, but of course it makes her look terrible. But she has to continue to act like she did it because she's bound by a contract with the show or something.

I don't know. If I hadn't read about the fact that car that got keyed was just a rental, I wouldn't be thinking any of this (obvs). But it does take a different meaning (her reaction) if you believe that that whole thing was staged. I mean it's like forcing her to defend a kind of psycho bitchy act that she didn't actually do on her own, but has to pretend like she did to keep up with the show's script...

As a woman, many women pull that crap, of running out of the room crying as a control to their "boyfriends/sugardaddys".

It is an act, for control.

I guess. I'm sure editing dramatized the length of the pause after she was asked about the car, too. She did seem to be crying for real but I could be wrong (and yes, I do know people often use crying as a tactic for sympathy). Maybe she is used to having her way with him when they are alone but in a group setting, it was harder for her to pull that stuff so she had to do something else (like leaving and crying).

But still, the fact that the car thing was likely fake/incited/exaggerated by the producers, and yet they were calling her out on it and making her have to own up to something she might have been told to do didn't seem right.

I agree with Maya. To me Anfisa acts exactly how she acts all the time. The nastiness, the eye rolling, the pout. Hell, her mouth is now in a constant plumpy pout. She knows what she is doing. Women, and not just Russian women (however they have it down to a science), know that if you do certain things for your man you can treat him as crappy as you want and he will follow you anywhere. (There are exceptions, of course). Jorge is one of those men that allow that behavior. She is not going anywhere, but he thinks she will. There's the rub. She could probably key his mother and he wouldn't throw her out.

Oh, and one last thing while I am on a rant. That witch is 29 if she is a day. No way is she 20. Not just because she looks 29, but because she is too expert at what she is doing. No 20 year old young woman has developed those skills yet.

I agree that she looks much older than 20. Hard to tell exactly because of what she has done to her mouth, but 29 is not a bad guess.

If she worked previously as a stripper or other sex worker she may have developed her "skills" at a young age, but I am still not buying that she is 20.

Agreed, no way she's only 20, even with all the bad plastic surgery/collagen making her look older. No way Jorge is 25 either: he looks like he's in his 40s.

Exactly!

However, I do think she's 20. Some people are natural born deceivers. Plus, there are her life lessons that we can only imagine. Anfisa lived w/her grandmother in Russia. Yet, she didn't seem as if she missed anyone. I think she's just a cold beeyotch, who got the things she wanted, because she didn't have a moral code.
