Obviously if that many women are drooling over Mohammed there must be something about him that women find attractive. Why? That's anyone's guess. You say you don't get it. You probably never will.

Women are often drawn to gay guys because they are non threatening. He also has a victim's mentality where it's poor him, and all he wants to do is live his life. Women feel sorry for him, and think they can fix it.
shareWell physically I do think he is attractive, and maybe he has a way of being able to charm people. Well..obviously he does...he does seem intelligent too. I do think he's just scamming people, but, I guess it's not baffling to me that some people might get roped in by him, although I think they might be misguided at some level. But it's not my place to judge them either. He also sort of became a "villain" of the show, so perhaps some people naturally wanted to take his side and prove to him that he has their support...people are interesting! And yes it's possible some of the attention has gone to his head...
