I couldn't make out who called Chip on his cell phone at the very end of the New Year's eve episode/season finale. I've replayed that several times on my dvr taping and can't make it out. Closed captioning didn't help, I just got garbled nonsense words on my screen. Can anyone tell me who called?

If it was Penelope, I'm disappointed they are resurrecting her character. I was hoping she and the DJ Twins were permanently in the background.
You’re welcome! I had to rewind it a few times because I wasn’t sure who it was at first. I was not happy it was her either lol. She annoys me and I didn’t miss the DJ twins either this year.
