Was this suppose to be a TV show?

It seemed like a pilot for a tv show. However, I'm guessing it wasn't picked up and was made into straight-to-video movie to try and recoup whatever they lost from making it. It wasn't your typical DC animated movie that's for sure.

It also wasn't good especially with so many plotholes. If it was aimed at kids, then they shouldn't have added to many time travel elements to it. I hope the new other Justice League show fares better.
