Question- why didn't Seyit Go straight over to Sura...

Hey gets back after a month of being kidnapped... and he doesn't run over to her when he gets back? Sees her on the street? Listens to a friend who he knows is competitive with? That is a hard plot line to believe... I know they want to pull things apart, make viewers long for reconciliation- but they were to be married- a wolf wouldn't tip toe around after an ordeal like that??? Am I missing something?
