What does Paul Hurt do for work?

Dude runs like 4 teams, has like 8 kids. Has a huge house. Has time to coach, upkeep a football field. Get up at 2am to water it. How I'm the hell does this guy have time to work? And if he does work what does he do? I have 2 kids in baseball and that's plenty on my plate if you add my 42 hour work week. Jeez!
