Fabulous movie

Like many of you, I really enjoyed it out and out. I wish movie industries (regardless of the language/region) focus on themes like this rather than the traditional mass-hero and sentimental-love subjects.

Is there a movie similar to this one? Pesum Padam is what I could recollect, but anything else would be a treat to watch as well.
