We got the hint seeing the blood on her leg. I felt it overkill to show us the dog. Yes I'm a dog person and yes I had no problem seeing the biscuit lady bleeding out. I realize that makes me sound a bit hypocritical but violence towards dogs gets me more than violence towards humans
shareI'm a dog lover as well (I even stopped being a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles when they signed Michael Vick) but that scene didn't bother me at all, probably because of the absurdness of it all. And obviously because it wasn't actual violence against a dog.

This movie is black and absurd comedy. It's supposed to show weird and uncomfortable situations.
