Why do people think Kacie Woody's story is more sad than Christina Long's story?

The only difference is the scenarios. Kacie was lied to for months on end that she was talking to a teenager, when the teenager was really a grown man. She had no idea who this person really was and probably had no idea that this was the friend she thought she had for months when he came and took her from her home. He groomed Kacie for months on end. I think he didn't take her the night Jessica was there because he wanted to get her alone, without interference, I don't think he intended to take Jessica at all. It really breaks my heart to hear the scenario of Kacie desperately and nearly frantically trying to find a friend to stay with because she didn't want to be at home. It makes you wonder if she thought something wrong was in the making.

Christina's story breaks my heart. She had such a loving aunt that she felt she couldn't turn to for help, so she sought the attention of grown men to fill a void she was feeling. These guys bought her gifts and must have told her for months on end all these things she thought she needed to hear. She was groomed as much as Kacie was. I think the only difference is that she knew these guys were older and knew why she was going to see them. She willingly met with them and knew why she was meeting them, where Kacie never had any intentions of meeting anyone she talked to online. To me, it doesn't matter that Christina met them in person. They took advantage of a young girl and they knew she was young the entire time. They knew what to say and do to keep her around.

I can't believe they're both gone. It must hurt their families and friends that they aren't around. Their friends must find it hard to be an adult sometimes because they have their own lives and they can't share it with Christina or Kacie.

Christina was a basically a slut. Harsh to say but she went online specifically to meet guys to have sex with. Not anywhere near as sympathetic as Kacie who was just making friends and had nothing further in mind. She had no idea she was talking to a predator.

I'm sorry but I have a hard time feeling sorry for men and women who prostitute themselves or sleep around and then get killed.
