Bittersweet Sixteen

This episode frustrated me, because of the people's incredibly bad judgment.
Once the grandmother knows she has been talking to a 30 year old man, she doesn't even ground her from the phone. Nothing!! Just a little lecture. That would never have flown with my parents. It would be like a month of no phone.
And then she sends naughty pics to a guy she has never even met.
I am not naive, I know teens do this (and people all ages). But is it typical to do so when you haven't even met the person.
That was strange to me. Maybe I am just old- Lol.
No way this grandmother should have been raising these kids. She was not in charge and it wasn't her responsibility to begin with.
And let's be honest, she couldn't have done much better the first time around, since both their parents were losers (and one has to be her child).
The brother seemed to be the only one with a lick of sense.
And not blaming the victim. This girl did not deserve this sad fate. But sadly with her lack of parenting and decision making skills, something bad was probably coming. But terrible that it had to be this awful.
She deserved so much better! She wasn't taught well, seemed desperate for attention and adults in her life truly failed her.
Poor Girl. What a tragedy!
DVR cut off the very end,but hope that creepy pervert got sentenced to death. And u don't say that often.
