What if Daisy wasn't bluffing?

We don't know about it. I, for one, would love the 15 outlaws coming the day after, finding Warren and Mannix still alive, killing them and going back to raze and burn Red Rock.

In all likeliness she did though, because they didn't have the cash they would have needed to entertain a posse of 15.

If all they had to trade was the bounties on their own heads it's fairly safe to assume that what we were looking at was the desolate remains of a down-and-out gang.

If they were really the last remains of a gang on the down slide, there wouldn't be bounties of up to $50,000 on their heads. The movie made it clear that bounties go down after a criminal is not of interest anymore.

It really wouldn't have mattered if the 15 gang members were real or not. Warren and Mannix are both mortally wounded already and are going to bleed out anyway since they don't have any access to medical care. By the time the snow melts and anyone can make it to Minnie's Warren and Mannix will both be dead.

On a side note, I'd kind of like to see the next poor soul to come to Minnie's and see dead bodies strewn all over the place.

Since every single person / character who appeared in this film dies anyway it really doesn't matter. It would've been funny though had there been a final scene with the 15 outlaws showing up and walking in on all the death & blood all over that place. Just to turn around and walk right out after they realize everybody is dead. Or maybe set fire to the place as they leave so it destroys any evidence of any kind.

I suspect that Daisy was bluffing about the 15 outlaws. But, she did not strike me as a remotely intelligent person (e.g. spitting on the letter, for no reason, which was likely to result in swift punishment, which it did). And she seemed to come up with that story about 15 outlaws very quickly, and was very convincing. So it's just a bit out of character for her to be able to do that so quickly, if it's a ruse.

It would be totally unnecessary and wouldn't serve the plot. The mystery is far more interesting.

We know they were all bluffing because Mannix was the best character at detecting lies (the Abraham Lincoln letter) and he said she was lying. Also, I would expect Warren to know more about how big their gang was and he never mentioned more people in the gang.
