Why isn't the "German Concentration Camps" documentary on the DVD?

I just watched the UK DVD (where is the US edition?)of Night Must Fall. It was an excellent film. And after all the discussion on the 'German Concentration Camps' documentary there was no actual documentary, which obviously has been restored. That's what I really was hoping to see. Anyone know why it's not on the same DVD?

As it is still having showings in cinemas around the world it looks like the proposed DVD (and hopefully Blu Ray) have been delayed I wold say until 2016.
