shareTiffany is super jealous and she is thirsty for attention. And since Hannah is actually a hot girl, and the guys in the house, and guys outside the house, are always paying attention to her.
She gets in everyone's business when it is out of line (again this season right off the back with Lyle/Santana) ..... it is very sad.
Over the years you have seen her throw herself at guys - and the guys have .... passed. There is a reason for that.
