Who is Alli 'based' on?

Any of the hanger ons in Atlanta, and there was one in New Jersey who's name I can't remember (one of the Kims) who loved going back and forth & gossiping about everyone and starting *beep*

Alli is primarily based on Dana Wilkey (aka Pam) from Beverly Hills season 2. She was a "Friend of the Housewives" and she kept trying to insert herself into the group even though it was clear that no one actually wanted to be friends with her. There are other traits that point to other "Friend of the Housewives" figures, but it's primarily Dana.

The O.C. had one, I believe it is Danielle, who has a very effeminate husband. She was in season 9.
