Last year was fake but this year is absured

While last year the show was obviously fake it was meant to portray ginseng hunting and what it takes to do it. While it did a piss poor job doing that at least it was not as absurd as the totally fake and highly scripted crap that they are showing this year.

I have lost respect for the history channel over this mess of a show and the way they insult our intelligence.

Welcome to the club... I lost respect for the useless pos channel, that still has the nerve to call itself in 2007.... every show on the channel is an insult to our intelligence, and the channel is an insult to the word "History".

If you deflect the topic of the thread from the show to me, our discussion is over 

They have really taken things over the top this season, I'm curious to see how it all gets sewn up next week. I have a feeling Tony Coffman will somehow end up with enough of the Lunsford gang's ginseng to fill his order. Maybe Obie will steal enough of it and sell it to him, I don't know.
