Future Apes Movies

Just read in Wikipedia where it said that 20th Century Fox announced as recent as this past April 201 that are in developement, which is really great news for those who were convinced that "War" was the last one. They're are mock websites talking about a "Reign of the Planet of the Apes" but that's fan fiction probably. What do you guys think?
