It just looks like the previous film all over again.

And it still looks better than any of the 1970's sequels.

I suspect when this is all said and done, "Dawn" and "War" will be two connecting acts from a much longer epic.

True, I just hope it isn't going to take another handful of films with the humans and apes fighting otherwise everyone is going to get bored rather quickly.

I think they always intended the story of how earth becomes the planet of the apes to be a trilogy. After the trilogy is done, it can carry on starting with what'll probably just be titled Planet Of The Apes.
