is that picture of Timothy O'Bryan wearing the planet of the apes costume legit? is that the actual crime scene photo
like the movie claims to be, or is it just a stock photo? the reason why i am asking is, i find it very disturbing that the picture is now a joke on facebook. it comes around every halloween as a who remembers this photo.the meme says
"LIKE IF YOU REMEMBER THESE ON HALLOWEEN
YOU COULDN'T BREATHE OR SEE IN THEM.. RIGHT?"

if its true that it is little timothy before he died, i wish facebook would ban the picture .

you think any relatives of little timothy would be upset and outspoken , seeing their dead kid on facebook every year

I believe the photo was real. I have not seen it on Facebook. People probably don't know what it is and think it's just a creepy picture. They probably don't understand who the picture is of.
