Meredith Vieira - grays showing??

I know they called in Meredith Vieira at the last minute to cover the Olympics for Bob Costas, but she didn't have time to get her hair colored first? Matt Lauer could've covered for another day or two I'm sure. I'm sure NBC would've paid for someone to color her hair on NBC's CEO's private plane enroute to Sochi if needed.
