BOb Costas eye infection sidelining him from hosting

So seems that the pinkeye has spread and gotten worse (I was thinking that exact thing while watching last night. One eye looked completely swollen shut, in fact.). He's taking a break tonight and Matt Lauer is going to replace him as host. Costas said he hopes to come back and finish the Games but it depends on how he's feeling.

Now Matt is too tired from pulling double duty and they are bringing Meredith Viera to host. She's the first female solo host for the Olympic Games. Which is cool but I don't really care for her so I hope Bob Costas will be back soon.

They do say that he's doing better.

They all stink and they talk too much. These "hosts" do not realize that these games are in no way shape or form about them. The games are about the athletes who have trained their entire life in order to participate. The less I see and hear of Costas, Lauer and Viera the better!
