Loved the Mavs

I was lucky enough to see a ton of Mavs games because I lived in Beaverton OR and it was great, inexpensive family entertainment.

I was lucky enough to see Kurt Russell and Jim Bouton both play. Ironically I ended up living in Thousand Oaks CA where Kurt lived and his father Bing lived I believe until he passed away.

Our whole family used to go to Rose's Delicatessen and get boxed lunches consisting of huge pastrami sandwiches, chocolate cake and pickles and feast at Multnomah Civic Stadium watching Mavs games.

I was there as well. Used to meet my friends on Friday nights for some fun baseball and dime beers.
Who's that tall dark stranger there...
