His drinking habits have been a poorly-kept secret for years, but boy is it obvious right now. Are they trying to get rid of him by airing this on national TV?
His eyes are all over the place, he's swaying, he looks like Jimmy McNulty a fifth deep in Jameson (i.e. like shit), his speech is not too bad but any real drinker knows that real drinkers don't slur their speech like a bad caricature of a drunk. Dude is fucked up in a major way.
