Just asking I loved the first season it had such a charm to it how's this season? I've heard it's actually better than the first.

actually its quite surprising how well the makers have kept the mood same as season 1 ...
a perfect sequel ..... however this season each episode focuses more on human emotions than mushi itself(which, believe me, is a good thing)

Well, that was definitely one of the strengths of the show. I constantly found myself gasping in reaction to what happens to characters I've only been exposed to for 10 minutes.

You'd feel cocky too if you were full of myself.

It's sublime! I especially love the "multiples of three" - episodes 3, 6, and 9. Also only the first cour of Mushishi Zoku Shou has aired, so you have also the second cour to look forward to in the fall along with the Mushishi Zoku Special that aired today, which should have subs coming out soon.
