1. People in LA don't have sex, just lay next to each other.
2. You can avoid being searched on the border and get through if you have connections...
3. Stereotypical Mexican maid will be your friend no matter what, including being underpaid
4. Your defense attorney hired by you can somehow prevent you from testifying against yourself even if you want it.
5. Vodka is a good ironic present for the leader of support group for people with drug and depression problems.
6. In Tijuana controlled prescription drugs can be bought without script over the counter.
7. Chronic car accident back pain sufferer can not get prescription for painkillers and must obtain them illegally.
8. Interesting to see how high paid privileged ex-lawyer can be rude to everyone and still get through life. Story would be very different for regular person without expensive insurance.

9. Jennifer Aniston does not age well.

10. It's not acceptable to take used toys for your children if given to you by the owner of the house that you are doing handyman work after having sex with her.

11. If you want either William H. Macy or Felicity Huffman in your movie, they come as a pair. Either both are in your movie, or neither... they are married after all.

12. Chronic pain does not really exist. Those people simply become addicted to pain meds and the "pain" is just mental, but it feels real to them because they need their meds. Chronic pain sufferers are simply addicts.

13. When a woman commits suicide, her husband and child do not cry or feel sadness.

6.... Completely agree with this. I go to Mexico about two times per year (for fun in the sun with hubby... or to avoid his psycho family during Christmas time), and I know for a fact the ONLY drugs you can get there are either Ultram or Flexeril... otherwise that border wait would be an extra 5+ hours getting in AND out!

she did have prescriptions for painkillers but she was using them more than she should have been. Refills on narcotics are strictly controlled. She wanted more than the doctors would give her.
