Who is Carlos father?

The movie never touched on who Carlos father is but do the books ever mention it since they are prequels?

I'd guess his Dad is the furrier Cruella was married to in the original book The Hundred and One Dalmatians.

I was wondering about all of their fathers (and mother in Jay's case) to be honest. I wonder if it's safe to assume that they procreated with each other and had a polygamy thing going on. Just kidding but anyway I think its weird even for Disney to not at least mention who none of their other parent is.
