Appropriate for 10 year old daughter?

My daughter has been begging me to let her watch this. I make it a rule to not let my kids watch Disney Channel shows or movies. I think the kids are very disrespectful to authority figures. And I see no reason for my kids to watch any show about teenagers in school. We home school, and I am not happy with the current culture of sexualizing kids at younger and younger ages. My question is, based on my concerns, is this movie appropriate for a ten year old? What is the moral? How do the characters treat their parents and other adults? How are the relationships between the girls and boys? Are the clothing appropriate and modest? Sorry if I sound like a prude! ;) Thanks in advance for any response!
