I don't think "Texas Baptist" is a thing.
"Southern Baptist", however, is a real thing.

Although there are a lot of White, Super-Religious Southern Baptists in Houston but not as much as the media makes it out to be. Politically, Houston is divided in half between red vs blue. Although it does have a lot of religiousity in it.
