Does Tommy Wiseau know what pot is?

Like does he know what it does to people? It seems he clearly thinks instead of making people chill and mellow it makes them either creepy and rapey (Troy in the Neighbors) or threaten to throw their psychologist friend from a rooftop (do I have to say it?) either the actor playing Troy is doing his best and just doing what is on the script or he's a terrible actor and he should not be playing a stoner. Mellow out man. Chill bruh.
