Sooooo....

How real do you think this show is???

To Boldly Go Where Phil Coulson Has Gone Before

reply

Seems pretty real especially after watching the "Declassified" special. It's basically a big training exercise for the hunter forces and it's never presented as anything else.

reply

Yeah, it's pretty straightforward. there's not much worth faking if it's just about a bunch of guy playing hide and seek. I'm sure they make sure that n animals are harmed and no animals can harm them. It's fun and interesting, so far.

reply

Speaking of animals, couldn't the army guys have just brought in a tracking dog and hunted the guy down in a couple hours? Bloodhound prolly would've worked better than the 5 mil drone.

An astute observation has led to laughter.

As we saw in the last episode, bloodhounds aren't completely effective either. Several times, Joel evaded them and they completely lost his tracks.

At least a drone airplane doesn't come upon a stream and have to go "crap, we lost him" and they can cover hundreds of miles at a time rather than just a few until the dog gets tired.

This sounds very similar to a show called "Hunting Chris Ryan"

I only watched one Lone Target episode, but I liked the show Special Ops Mission better.

Darth Vader is Luke's dad! The one ring is destroyed! And Ned Stark dies!

The only blatant "fake" situation was probably in Korea. A 6 foot tall American just happens climb aboard a truck and finds a shirt that fits him perfectly?

Not impossible, but statistically unlikely. That shirt would've been short and tight.
