Do we know if he's doing a 6 ep. series of another one of the characters from Summer Heights High? If so which one? and also, would be awesome if we could get a single series from all the characters in Angry Boys as well. Chris Lilley is a comedic genius!
shareI really hope it's not Mr. G and I do like the character, but no more one character series. I think his shows work better with him playing multiple characters.
shareI'm torn. I am really enjoying this one and I really enjoyed Ja'mie, but all these characters are so abbrasive, it takes a lot of energy to spend so much time with one of of them. That, and since none of the supporting characters are super strong it really becomes apparent that it's THE CHRIS LILLEY SHOW. But if he does do another one, of course I'll watch it and probably love it.
shareYeah, like the final episode of Ja'mie was probably the most epic end to a comedy series I've seen in all honesty. Even though, I did like Jonah from Tonga more as a show and as a whole, it was a lot funnier. That being said, I think that anything brilliant can come from Chris Lilley and it all adds up to being literally all in one, The Chris Lilley show.. and in him we trust with his characters and stories.
