Is kim a drag queen? The first time I saw a commercial for this show I thought it was a promo for RuPauls Drag race.

No. She was Miss Georgia in 1991.

It's the heavy contorted make up and her voice. I did a double take on the first ads I saw. I remember my mother asked me why her make up is like Chris and my other friends who do drag. Because she loves awkward conversation.
