a lot of "Shrek" in this I mean come on Puss and Boots and that Diego were so similar it was distracting.

"Dreamweaver" when Brooke comes into play (um hello Toy Story 3) they couldn't think of a different love song to put in this part, I am mean it is identical to when barbie sees ken for the first time ....

there were a few more I can't think of right now..

honestly my expectations were low for this movie .. the only reason I took my kids is because Life of Pets was sold out, and we already saw Finding Dory..with such low expectations and still such a stink bomb.. I couldn't wait till it was over...what a flop.

Totally agree - I really enjoyed the first 3 movies, but thought that the fourth was very poor and was hoping for a return to form. However, it was even worse than the previous one! Remarkably badly written (spoilers follow).

I know that this is only a fantasy family-film series, but I believe fantasy worlds should maintain internal logic - in the earlier movies, the surviving dinosaurs couldn't speak, but in this one they can? Mammoths playing ice hockey? Really?

It's a hugely unoriginal mishmash - magnetic floating rocks - Holy Pandora rip-off, Batman! A Shrangri-La community?

They should simply have returned to the simplicity of the first movie - it surely couldn't have been difficult to let the three main protagonists go off on a 'boys' holiday and get involved in an adventure?

Oh, and will Simon Pegg PLEASE stop making movies?
