The biggest letdown in this film seems Sigourney Weaver...Her British accent is pretty pretty bad, it just pisses me off so bad that I won't even bother to watch it..

shareFirst off, there is no one 'British' accent. Britain is made up of several countries each with roughly their own accent (and language, but we will stick to English for this).
Within each country there are many accents that can sound wildly different, these are usually attributed to counties or major population areas within those countries.
What Sigorney is doing is a relatively posh, upper society at least, English accent. As an Englishman, and based on those few seconds of the trailer, it didn't ring any alarm bells for me.
However, I reserve final judgment until I have watched the film, and my god does this film look good!

Nope, I'm from the UK and have no learning disabilities. Sorry to disappoint.
