I fell asleep when the man was accusing the woman of cheating on him and giving him an STD. I was thinking I bet the woman was using a new lipstick and he was allergic to it.

I was surprised that the doctor didn't ask follow up questions after hearing the guy had food allergies. Like asking the woman if she used any products that had certain foods in it that could possibly lead to an allergic reaction in her boyfriend.
Furthermore, I am surprised the guy automatically assumed it was some sort of STD and didn't go straight to "maybe I am allergic to something she's wearing". I never had an STD in my life so I don't know anything that would happen so quickly to one person during sex.
