A question more for the guys

Anyone else here ever cringe during this show with some of the stupid things people do. Or even more so, an episodes with a broken penis, that kind of tells me a sadistic bastard is in charge of which stories they put on. (It seems to show up a lot.) But I always watch it, even though I warned the wife after that one she may never get it again. My junk still hurts just from watching a few of these.
