they had for me for Season 2 until Jay Karnes

I liked the first season and was interested to see where they would head for Season 2, but bringing back Jay Karnes for another "ruthless" role - similar to the one he played on "Burn Notice" - kind of killed the buzz for me. Yes, he was good - though a little annoying - as "Brennan", but I saw it once, no need to retread the character.

Sorry "Complications", but it was fun while it lasted.

I only made it through the first couple episodes of Burn Notice, so I have no opinion about Karnes, but I like that Complications introduced a new season that would likely not be about gangs. I too enjoyed the first season but would encourage some major changes, such as losing the wife, aging the child ten or more years so he can be part of the story and not just a responsibility, and increasing the intellect while toning down the violence (fat chance, I know). O'Mara, Szohr, and the other hospital-based folks, are wonderful.

The problem with the wife character was that she did not find out what was going on until the end of episode 8. The nagging, concerned wife is not that interesting over the course of almost an entire season, though she had every reason to be concerned. If there is a season 2, the writers should try to find a believable way for the wife to be involved in what is going on.

So are they bringin it back, or not? I was told they dropped it..is it going to another network? Like maybe TNT, TBS? ION?

Sad to say @micdan they've officially cancelled the show. It really did the potential for being a good show, if not for the writers being a lil to over zealous.
I think I also biased as well, since I had a two very good friends of mine make several guest appearances in the show too & I was hoping against hope that they would bring the show back. But they just tried too hard to make the show "work". USA has a tendency to do that whenever they have several new shows release at one time & it turns out to be a crap shoot. Some they'll try to recover (like the show "Satisfaction") & others will just fall to the wayside never to be heard from again. Sadly, "Complications" happens to be one of those that falls into that category.
