No. No.

Not good. Tried too hard. I didn't buy 99% of it. The plot became a joke that wasn't even funny. The dialogue was weak. Slow motion sequences too often and mostly during mundane actions, one or none of them would have worked. Him suspecting then pursuing and assaulting the jogger girl- "he was paranoid" - that doesn't fly with me; and I'm not convinced he even saw her face at the theater. One of the gang members just happens to be at the parking lot while he's chasing her, too neat. And the one that killed it and never recovered was the first two victims at the mechanic shop, not physically possible with that weapon. Then at the end, the cops didn't follow detaining protocol when attempting to bring him in, not accurate. Then he changes his mind immediately and cares for jogger, not convincing. I disagree with every positive thing said on the cover except it did have few decent cinematography moments. Michael Mann should disown this abomination on the record after being cited as inspiration. And splicing the jogging and that early gang fight together was a failure. Bits of potential movie covered up with what I'll call "Walking Dead" moments: scenarios that go beyond just suspension of belief to that next level of irrationality. Could've worked well as a straight up character study drama possibly without any fight scenes and with actual noteworthy dialogue and tone the art house way down. 2/10.
